Patterns exist across the world. They are observable units – shapes, forms, designs, rhythms, traits, acts, tendencies – that repeat in a reliable manner.

Patterns inspire and are studied by both artists and scientists. From simple to complex, patterns delight our eyes, ears, and minds. They make our landscape beautiful, interesting and orderly.
